At this point I want to thank all the people who have helped me in my professional career.
A big thanks to my teacher and friend Mr. Zisi Keramea who guided my first steps in the field of gastronomy with love and professionalism.
A big thanks to my mentor in my first professional culinary start Mr .Michali Potamousi for his valuable lessons in the field of gastronomy and administration in the kitchen.
